E-GOVERNMENT AND COMMUNICATION

•  Starting from a one stop-shop model under dldp Phase 1 the provision of improved information services by LGUs has been recognized and under dldp phase two additional one-stop shops have been realized, resulting in a modernization and restructuring of public information services in 5 LGUs.
• The LGUs involved in the One Stop projects demonstrated the potential of these projects in increasing the LGU revenues through a more transparent relation between the taxpayers and their elected officials.
