Modernization of local services through One Stop Shops

The State Minister on Local Affairs, with the support of DLDP, organized on January 30th, 2015, a meeting on local governance and administrative services through One Stop Shops project.

During the meeting there were discussions on unique wickets to be digitally offered by current municipalities and communes, with the aim of continuing to offer services to citizens.

DLDP presented the methodology followed during the first phase of the One Stop Shops project as well as the list comprising 67 types of services identified during this process.

The meeting was attended by representatives of partner programs such as UNDP, STAR Project, KPMG, Council of Europe, USAID/PLGP, representatives of central agencies of the information companies AKSHI and ADISA, as well as local experts from Shkodra and Lezha municipalities, which are part of the project as well.
