WORKSHOP Streamlining Contractual Relations of LGUs operating OSS, within dldp programme, and the IT Company providing the service

One day training in close collaboration with NGO FLAG was held in February 2014. The workshop topic was on contractual issues on OSS maintenance and advancement and raise awareness among LGUs on the follow up of contract modalities. The workshop was organized with the aim to discuss and inform on positive findings such as: The contract has a good coverage of the aspects of the purchasing, installation, training, maintenance and advancement of the e-modules.
The contact has been followed up mainly by the IT staff in cooperation with head of OSS and legal department.

Overcome the weak points such as: The contract is not that well known among staff. The contacts have not been properly followed-up and executed by LGUs. The LGUs find it difficult to follow the 5 year contract as annual procurement of IT services.
In this training participated also experts from Municipalities of Shkodra, Lezha as well as from commune of Bushat, Velipoja, Dajç Bregu i Bunës and Kallmet, experts of ARK IT, and from dldp.
