Coordination Committee
What is Coordination Committee (CC)?
The CC is mechanism for exchange of information between the Programme Management Unit (PMU) and the partners LGUs, as well as instrument for participatory operational project management, mainly related to activities at local level. The CC also serves as platform for inter-LGU exchange and cooperation at regional level. The CC conducts regular meetings.
The CC is composed of partner LGUs, mostly from those qualifying as “Centres of Competence”, Other interest groups, relevant projects or programmes and local/regional stakeholders might be invited depending on the agenda.
The CC chair is rotated among the partner LGUs, the secretariat will be ensured by the dldp.
