Postgraduate Professional Course on “Planning, management and evaluation of public interventions in the frame of local governance system reform”, CEFAL Bologna, Shkodra University , Roskilde University (DK) and University of Bologna (2004) and on “Public Policy and Management”; The Centre for Financial & Management Studies, University of London (2011).
Extensive knowledge and more than 15 years of work experience in local governance, media and with international organizations/programs.

Degree in Law -University of Shkoder, Albania (1996) and Post Degree Course in Enterprise Law – Bocconi University in Milan, Italy (2002).
15 years of working experience in managing programs of socio-economic development and humanitarian programs in Albania, Kosovo, Italy, Lebanon and Syria with national and international organizations and UN Agencies. Some areas of expertise: socio-economic development, territorial marketing, business development services, guaranteee funds schemes for SME, project design and management, renewable energies in SME, value chain development, development of partnerships and capacity building, decentralization process, etc.
