OSSH IMPLEMENTATION IN BUSHAT AND KALLMET ALREADY STARTS – UP

In the frame of dldp program implementation, has begun implementation of One Stop Shop office (OSSH) in the communes of Kallmet (Lezha Qark) and Bushat (Shkodra Qark).  This support intends to achieve the objective on transparency and easy access to quality information increasing for the citizens. 
The dldp financial support on OSSH aims to implement new mechanisms related to info-communication from the LGUs toward improving the quality of services for the citizens.  At the same time the services offered to citizens aimed at raising awareness of citizens on the quality of services.
Construction and operation of the OSSH offices in the communes of Kallmet & Bushat will provide quality services in proper time for the citizens. Meanwhile dldp aims to approach the National Strategy on info-communication regarding effective, transparent, responsive Government and Public Services providing for the citizens in the regional level. It is expected that both communes to have the OSSH operational service in November 2011.
